However, owing to its growth, IISD transformed into a Private Limited company on 13th March 2020. Head Quartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are a young organization evolved with a commitment to deliver skill development courses, corporate trainings and offer consultancy services that transforms both individuals and organizational business practices.
We stand strong on a greater purpose and cause in addressing the employability issues the country is facing and facilitate continuous employability through learning to enhance individual lives. IISD’s learning environment and pedagogy is principally learner focused comprising of practical training exposure, experiential learning, academic lectures, foster class participation, engage in group discussions, case analysis for collaborative problem solving and critical thinking, effectively learn the art of communication and execute project work facilitated by industry experts as faculty to prepare young minds to become Infimind’s.

We also offer short term corporate trainings in order to address skill gaps, reduce employee turnover, and increase employee efficiency and effectiveness. We specialize in the areas of project management, health and safety, and more.

As we enter into our second year of operations, it is a matter of pride that we have been scaling new heights and pursuing our business goals in a systematic and a decisive manner. Thanks to the young dedicated team who have been instrumental in our progress.
It is also a matter to be proud of that we have a well balanced Advisory Board, representing various walks of Corporate Life. Their involvement in the Company is seen to be believed during our quarterly meetings and the leaders they are in their respective fields are like lighthouses guiding us in our journey.
While we are networking and partnering with various organizations of repute within and outside of India, one of the recent milestones was the conversion of our LLP to a Private Limited Company. This helps us improve our visibility and also reach out to newer markets and newer geographies.
Over the last couple of months we have been offering corporate trainings and consultancy services to customers both in the manufacturing and service sectors and they will for sure continue to dominate the business scenario in the coming months as well with of course some changes in the focus to tap newer markets, offer niche services and increase our presence within India.
Our network of experienced trainers and consultants are increasing and the value they bring to the table is commendable. The very fact that some of our customers repeat training requirements is in itself a recognition of the quality of services that we deliver.
Our foray into online training opens up new markets, hitherto untapped and geographies now become history. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing to name a few are going to be sought after trainings for the next couple of months, if not for a couple of years. Demand always invites competition and we are glad that our pool of resources, our deliverables and commitment to highest professional standards will set us apart from the rest.
As we set our expectations for the next months, we tend to focus on internal trainings as well. Upskilling is no longer a desire but a necessity. New partnerships, new service offerings, diversification will rule our next phase of the journey and it is time to thank all of our team, the Advisory Board, our customers, vendors, service partners, trainers, consultants and other stakeholders. They hold the key to our success and together we script tomorrow’s history.
